Look what’s just around the “coroner”…MCT’s latest production, THE ADDAMS FAMILY. This spooky family saga opens Friday, July 12 at The Shannondell Performing Arts Theater, 10000 Shannondell Drive, Audubon, PA. Based on characters created by Charles Addams with book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice and music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa tells a different side of the Addams Family.
MCT’s THE ADDAMS FAMILY features Robert Morgalo as Gomez, the tormented patriarch, and Lindsay Looloian as Morticia, his tortured wife. Katie Smith portrays the love struck Wednesday Addams with Colin Mash, as her sensible love interest, Lucas Beineke and his straight-laced parents, Sarah Folsom-Kovarik and Christopher Betzler as Alice and Mal Beineke. Jude Adams, depicts the enlightened Fester Addams (no relation!). Wednesday’s demented brother, Pugsley Addams, is played by Scott Harris, who puts Grandma’s, played by Julianne Layden, private stash to the test! Lurch, The Addams’ tall, faithful and very quiet servant is played by Marcalino Senteio. The cast is rounded out by a ghostly ensemble of spooky Addams Family ancestors.
THE ADDAMS FAMILY is under the direction of Sam Frenkel assisted by Jaedto Israel, with Michael Smith directing the orchestra, and choreography by Rebecca Kelley. Brenda Capwell and Mary Newett are the show’s producers. The construction lead is Ashok Mathur with John Cross as set designer and Alexis Ross as scenic artist. Mike Addice and Emily Cross provide the lighting design and operation and the sound design is under the direction of Ryan Kadwill. Costumes are designed by Elisabeth Majewski and Gabrielle Cherelli is the show’s stage manager. Props mistress is Lisa Polsky and the show’s hair/makeup artist is Julie Kruk.
Evening shows are July 12, 13, 18, 19 and 20 at 7:30 pm. Matinees are on July 14 and 21 at 2:00 pm. All shows take place at Shannondell Performing Arts Theater, 10000 Shannondell Drive, Audubon, PA 19403.

All patron parking is located in the Giant parking lot across from the Shannondell entrance on Egypt Road. A FREE shuttle is provided to bring patrons to the handicapped accessible theater.
